JMHeal Online does not permit independent account creation for the office assitants / secretaries for the doctors running their clinics. Only Doctors, at the time of registration to JMHeal Online create a default user account for their assistants or secretaries.

Furthermore, we do not allow secretaries or assistants to change their passwords at their will. In case, if you have forgotten the password, please contact the doctor, you are working for. He/She is authorized and has capability to change/re-generate your password.
       However, you can change your access code from your home page, whenever required.
